Bathroom to Wetroom Conversion, Swindon

The job involved converting a bathroom to a wet room for a lady suffering with multiple sclerosis. Due to her circumstances, as part of the job specification, we had to create wheel chair access to the wet room.

To begin, we completely gutted the room and removed the existing floor. We installed a new insulated sub floor with underfloor heating, which was then tiled to produce a waterproof, heated, level access floor.

We removed the existing wall and put in a self-closing, sliding pocket door to allow for wheel chair access.

We installed a Geberit AquaClean auto wash and dry toilet.

A lot of work, but always worth it for our customers, to make their circumstances as comfortable as possible!
